Joe Paolino

Joe serves as our Lead Pastor at Antioch Dallas. He has a passion to help others know God intimately and experience the joy of walking in close community through the church.

He grew up in the Dallas area and graduated from Baylor University (Sic em!) with a bachelor's degree in Finance. Out of college he worked for 4 years in business before journeying into vocational ministry. That journey led him to serve at Antioch Dallas, where he eventually met his now wife, Amy!

Joe and his wife have two daughters, Ellis and Everleigh, and two sons, Noble and Beau, and live in Richardson, TX.
