In our Sunday gathering we continued our series on the Power of Community, as we heard from our student ministries pastor Stephen Murray on the Great Commandment (and the Great British Baking Show)

Here are all the teachings in the series:

School of Transformation:

Our School of Transformation is up and running! This week they learned how to share the Gospel and pray for the sick.

This Week:

Sunday Gathering: This week in our Sunday worship service, our lead pastor Zach Daniel will be back in the pulpit as we start our fall study of what does it mean to be an authentic Christian and an authentic church.  We will be worshipping, praying, taking communion and believing the Lord to move in a powerful way in our midst. Antioch Kids Ministry will be happening in both services!

Growth Course Registration: The way of Jesus is that transformed people transform cities. At Antioch we want to be about saturating Dallas with the goodness of the Gospel of Jesus. That vision starts with us first being healed, transformed and equipped by our relationship with Christ.

Whether you are a mature Christian or just starting out, courses are practical way to engage in growing in your faith, experience the transforming power of the Gospel, and be equipped to walk with Jesus in the everyday stuff of life.

Courses are themed around a variety of topics, led by trusted teachers and normally run between 3-8 weeks. You can read about this Fall's courses and register here.

Heart For The City- September:

This Fall we are having monthly service days called Heart for the City or H4TC for short :-) These planned service days are church-wide events and will be a great place to just come and serve, you don’t need to do anything or bring anything, just show up with a heart to serve and love people like Jesus.

These service days are great opportunities for us to love others that may not know Jesus, grow in serving like Jesus, and also to bring kids along to disciple them and model for them what serving like Jesus looks like..

This Sunday we'll be serving the people of Dallas who are homeless at Austin Street Center. Children Kindergarten and up are encouraged to come with parents! Register here.
