This wee we facilitated our first Heart For The City event of the Fall by serving at Austin Street Center. It was a great opportunity to partner with a fantastic organization in loving and serving those experiencing homelessness in our city.

Sunday Gathering: This week in our Sunday worship service, our lead pastor Zach Daniel continue our study called Saturate. This week we will be looking at Jesus ministry of healing a and how that marks our lives as his followers.  We will be worshipping, praying, taking communion and believing the Lord to move in a powerful way in our midst. Antioch Kids Ministry will be happening in both services!

Welcome Lunch is a monthly lunch our church community puts on for new people. It happens right after the second service and is a great place to meet people, eat some good food and learn more about life at Antioch.

It is the best next step for getting connected to a group, class, joining the church or joining a serve team.

This event takes place at from 12:30-1:30 PM.

Please register here, so we can make sure we have enough food.

Growth Course Registration: The way of Jesus is that transformed people transform cities. At Antioch we want to be about saturating Dallas with the goodness of the Gospel of Jesus. That vision starts with us first being healed, transformed and equipped by our relationship with Christ.

Whether you are a mature Christian or just starting out, courses are practical way to engage in growing in your faith, experience the transforming power of the Gospel, and be equipped to walk with Jesus in the everyday stuff of life.

Courses are themed around a variety of topics, led by trusted teachers and normally run between 3-8 weeks.

Upcoming:

Church Wide Time of Fasting & Prayer

October 9-11, Worship & Prayer Oct 11 from 6:30-8pm: One of the callings that Jesus put on his church was that we were to be a house of prayer. This is an area we are growing in as a community, and next week from Oct 9-11 we will be taking time as a church to fast and pray for a fresh move of God in our lives, city and nation. On October the 11th we are inviting the whole church- kids and adults to come together for a time of prayer from 6:30-8pm.
