Worship

Psalm 103.1 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,
3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
5 who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

If worshipping God through praise and Scripture is new to you, we recommend the following teaching series: Filled: A Teaching Series on Praise and Worship.

3 Ways to Practice

1. X Number of Minutes in Focused Praise

Set a goal for an amount of time just to focus on worshipping God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Many have done this by building a worship playlist and using that to guide them through the time.

2. Adoration Book

Similar to above, but uses topical Scriptures to guide you. You can purchase the booklet through Amazon with this link.

3. Psalms Worship

The Psalms are the praise book of Scripture. Use the Psalms to guide your worship. Some great ones to use are Psalm 23, Psalm 103 or Psalm 145. If you use Spotify, Shane and Shane have numerous worship songs based on the Psalms.
