Come Grow Here:

As a church, we want to help you grow into the rich and full life that Jesus desires for you and for our world. And just like seeds need a fertile environment of soil, water, and sunlight to grow and be fruitful, people need a fertile environment to grow into the rich and fruitful life that Jesus brings.

With that in mind, we have cultivated a time-tested ecosystem to help you grow. Regardless of where you are starting, we would be honored to help you in the process!

Getting Started:

Sons & Daughters

Life is about relationship with God and with one another. When we make a decision to follow Jesus as our Lord and Savior, Scripture says we are born again, and we become a child of God, adopted into His royal family.

God has designed the local church to be a tangible expression of His royal family, a place to build rich relationships, to laugh, love, challenge and be challenged, and come together for a purpose greater than our own individual lives. We use the emblem of the crown to emphasize this value.

Key Verse: John 1.12-13 says, “Yet to all who did receive him (Jesus), to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God...

Growth Steps:

1. Attend Antioch 101: Antioch 101 is designed for people who are new to our church as an opportunity to meet people and to discover how you can grow in your relationship with God and with community at Antioch.

2. Coffee With A Pastor: After you have attended Antioch 101, we would love to have one of our pastors buy you coffee, get to know you more, and answer any questions you have about the church and how to grow with us.

3. Believe & Be Baptised: Deciding to follow Jesus for the first time or recommitting to following Him is an incredible step in your relationship with God, and we would love to help you take that step.

Next Step:

Who Encounter Jesus

Being a son or daughter doesn’t just stop with a birth or adoption event. God has given us the priceless opportunity as his children to live a life of hosting His Presence, a life of encountering Him, and it is from His Presence that true life flows.

We use the emblem of the bread and cup to emphasize that as a church family, we want to be a people who host His Presence and follow His teaching as our greatest joy and priority.

Key Verse: John 6.35 “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”

Growth Steps:

1. Gather Regularly To Worship With Us

We gather each Sunday to encounter Jesus together as a community. It’s the Presence of God, the praise of God, the word of God and the people of God in one place and this is designed to start your week off with a full tank!

2. Access EncounterJesus.Life

We have built this website as a way to resource you to encounter Jesus in your everyday life.

Next Step:

Practice His Ways

We are designed for growth. And God has designed the church to be a place and a community where people grow into who God has made them to be through learning to practice His ways as disciples.  We utilize the logo of the oak tree to emphasize that as we practice the way of Jesus, God transforms our lives and we grow strong like oak trees.

Key Verse: Isaiah 61.3 They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.

Growth Steps:

1. Attend Planted

Planted is a two part experience designed to help you plant roots here at Antioch and begin to grow deep in Christ through our community discipleship practices.

2. Practice The Life-Building Habits

It takes time and intentionality to build new habits, and we want to help you every step of the way by connecting you to community who are practicing the same thing.

& Build His Kingdom

We have a purpose bigger than our own lives. God has designed the church to be a place and a people to work powerfully through to reach and restore our world.  And we believe everyone has a calling to play a part. We utilize the logo of the _________  to emphasize that we want to work together to leverage our lives to see His Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.

Key Verse: Matthew 6.9-10 “‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
